1.Open the package and take out the test card to equilibrate to room temperature (15~30°C) prior to testing.

2.Place the extraction tube on the workbench. The extraction solution bottle is pressed vertically downward to allow the extraction solution to drip freely into the extraction tube without touching the edge of the tube. Add 6 drops (about 300μL) of extraction solution to the extraction tube.

3.Insert the sample collection swab into the extraction tube. While squeezing the extraction tube, stir the sample collection swab more than 5 times. Remove the sample collection swab while squeezing the sides of the tube to extract the liquid from the swab. Dispose of sample collection swab according to biohazard waste disposal method.

4.Press the cap tightly onto the extraction tube. Apply 2 drops of extracted specimen to the specimen well of the test card and start the timer.
